Why is my order being returned to sender?

If your order was returned to the sender, there was a critical shipping error with the courrier—don’t worry we’re here to help! Common reasons for returned to sender orders: - Insufficient address: Missing information like an apartment or unit number or the courier was unable to locate your address - Receiver preference registration: If you have registered your address with USPS to require in-person package receive or to hold packages at your local post office, your package may be returned to sender. Please note that it is possible that the former resident of your location set these registrations. For more information visit usps.com/manage - Damaged package: If your package was damaged during transit, it may be returned to the sender or disposed of. - Vacant location: If the address provided is vacant, you may not be able to receive packages. Vacant locations include temporary vacancies, like vacations or extended trips away from home. - Courier error: If the package was accidentally routed to the wrong location, it may be returned to sender en lui or a reroute to your address. - Shipping fee discrepancy: Though uncommon, shipping fee discrepancies are possible and may result in your package being returned to the sender. No matter what the reason is, returned to sender orders are courtesy reshipped for FREE. You will receive an updated order number and tracking for your reshipment order.* *Free courtesy reship exclusions: international orders with insufficient address due to address input error, received preference registration to pick up at USPS local post office, and repeated received preference registration.
