How returns work:

Refunds are issued after we receive the returned item

A return shipping label fee + $3.50 USD restocking fee will be deducted

Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days

Return shipping to the U.S. is the responsibility of the customer

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Used or opened Filter Refills

Replacement, reshipped, or resent orders (these void the original return window)

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification

Incomplete returns (missing parts or components)
Failure to replace refills at least every 90 days may void eligibility for warranty replacements.

If a discounted bundle is partially returned, the full bundle price may be deducted from the refund
