What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover debit and credit cards. We also have convenient express checkout using Shop, PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay and Venmo as well as installment plans with Shop and Affirm. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged after your order is submitted and processed. “Try Now”, “Try Before You Buy”, and “Easy Installment” product purchases are subject to an immediate charge upon order submission along with a second charge to complete your order. Please refer to the product page for these items and the checkout page for more information on the charge schedule for “Try Now”, “Try Before You Buy”, and “Easy Installment” products. Filterbaby offers convenient subscriptions for filter refills. If you purchase a subscription product, you will receive future billing for your subscription refills.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Yes! You can remove payment from your account in the Payments section of your account. If you need assistance we’re here to help at help@filterbaby.com

How do I use my store credit?

To make sure your store credit applies correctly, please check the following: - Log in: Store credit is tied to your email address and won’t appear during guest checkout. - Subscriptions: Credit can be used on your initial purchase, including subscription sign-ups, but can’t be applied to recurring refills. - Payment method: A card is still required at checkout to cover any remaining balance and to keep on file for future refills. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to apply your store credit at the final payment step.
