To make sure your store credit applies correctly, please check the following:

Log in: Store credit is tied to your email address and won’t appear during guest checkout.

Subscriptions: Credit can be used on your initial purchase, including subscription sign-ups, but can’t be applied to recurring refills.

Payment method: A card is still required at checkout to cover any remaining balance and to keep on file for future refills.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to apply your store credit at the final payment step.
