My order was lost, damaged, or stolen. What now?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the day you placed your order or if your package was lost or stolen, please reach out to help@filterbaby.com. Damaged or stolen claims must be provided within 14 days of receiving your package.

There is a part or piece missing from my package.

If your package is missing an item, please check under the foam or paper tray first. If you are unable to find the piece, please reach out to help@filterbaby.com for assistance. Here are common pieces that can be difficult to locate: - Silicone Rings: Your Filterbaby Faucet Filter silicone rings are pre-loaded in the adaptors - Filter Refill: Your Filterbaby refill is located inside of the filter housing - Teflon / Plumber’s Tape: Some Filterbaby products come with plumber’s tape. The plumber’s tape is in a clear plastic bag or round plastic casing located with the installation tools.

How can I update or cancel my order?

To manage or cancel your order, reach out to help@filterbaby.com. Filterbaby orders will ship within 24-48 hours of processing. If your order has already shipped, you must receive your order and then may return or exchange it.
