There is a part or piece missing from my package.

If your package is missing an item, please check under the foam or paper tray first. If you are unable to find the piece, please reach out to help@filterbaby.com for assistance.

Here are common pieces that can be difficult to locate:

  • Silicone Rings: Your Filterbaby Faucet Filter silicone rings are pre-loaded in the adaptors

  • Filter Refill: Your Filterbaby refill is located inside of the filter housing

  • Teflon / Plumber’s Tape: Some Filterbaby products come with plumber’s tape. The plumber’s tape is in a clear plastic bag or round plastic casing located with the installation tools.
