Subscriptions refills are available on all Filterbaby starter kit purchases. - Refill-Only Subscriptions: Already have a kit? You can also subscribe directly to any refill filter. Will I get a reminder before my subscription order is placed?

Yes! You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before your next refill order is processed. The email will include an itemized summary of your upcoming order. How do I update my subscription shipping address?

To update your shipping address: 1. Log into your account: account.filterbaby.com 2. Go to the Subscriptions section: Manage Subscriptions 3. Select your active subscription 4. Under shipping, click "edit" 5. Update your shipping address. Click "save" ⚠️ If you have multiple subscriptions, you need to update your address for each subscription individually. Lose any pieces in the move? If you recently moved and lost or damaged your adaptors, silicone rings, or other installation pieces, please reach out to customer support for FREE replacement pieces.* Need help? Why did my subscription payment fail?

If your subscription payment did not go through, you will be notified via email. Your card issue may have declined your payment due to an expired card, updated billing information (such as the security code and billing address) or insufficient funds in your account.
